Personal rapport and style in this relatively high stakes undertaking of selling a property mattered a lot to me, so I count myself very fortunate in having collaborated with John Kenny for the sale of my late parents' home. I'm sure there are many competent, experienced agents out there, and maybe someone else could have delivered on the stock promises, or maybe not; but I do think that John went above and beyond reasonable expectations.
