J.K.L., San Francisco
I knew Peter Chin was a former professional property manager of San Francisco properties. I felt his knowledge and experience of San Francisco tenant laws would be invaluable for the sale of my tenant occupied building both in marketing my building for sale and in handling any potential tenant related issues that may have arisen. I was not mistaken, nor disappointed in this regard for seeking his help in selling my property.
Peter prepared a clear game plan from the start to market and sell my property. To quote him, "Hope is not a strategy." He stuck to the initial plan, but then modified it as necessary when the circumstances changed. He is seemingly accessible at all times be it by phone, email, or text. He kept me informed of the real estate process every step of the way.
Peter is a friendly, polite, and easygoing individual. However, don't be fooled by his calm and amiable demeanor. When he found out the buyer's agent we were dealing with wasn't playing by the rules, he was furious on my account. He then proceeded to put that broker on a short leash to make sure he didn't stray too far from the path he should have been on. So Peter knows how to handle people whether they be tenants, buyers, or brokers.
I know Peter did his best to do what was in my best interest. I have no doubts that he does the same for his other clients. Therefore I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire him again.
