After my sister-in-law put in a referral, Geeta called us within 2 hours and made an appointment to meet with us the next day. She arrived on time and presented her portfolio to us. She was very relational and professional. She followed up promptly and we determined she was the correct fit to sell our home. Geeta was with us every step of the way from our February start to our August closing. She provided phone numbers for services needed (i.e. inspectors, stagers, gardners, movers) and helped us with needed appointments. After we left the area, Geeta was present at the house to meet service providers (i.e. cleaners and handyman) as final preparations for the sale took place. She provided beautiful visuals and videos of the home. She was knowledgeable about needed documents and walked us through all signings. Her guidance and expertise allowed us to get a higher price for our home than anticipated. We were thrilled with our experience and highly recommend her.
