We were doing the house hunting remotely. Given the busy schedule, it would be impossible to find an ideal house without Huan's knowledge and patience. We made several short trips to see the houses during the course of more than one year. Before we went to see the houses every trip, Huan did a great job to prepare the list based our requirements and keep adjusting it accordingly. All these effort made it possible that we bought a house we like during our April trip.
