Born and raised in Saratoga. I've owned it, managed it, and fixed it. Now I'm your agent.
My Story
I was born and raised in Saratoga, and I love it here so much I never left. Today I live in Almaden Valley, raising my family in the same corner of the South Bay where I grew up.
In 2019, a small water stain in a San Jose duplex I managed had already been patched once by a contractor. I opened the wall anyway and found a slow leak that had been quietly ruining the drywall and flooring. Caught then, it was a few-thousand-dollar fix. A patch isn't a fix, and I haven't treated one as cosmetic since.
That's how I look at every home. Anyone can tell you what a house looks like. I look at what's behind the wall, what it costs to own, and what it's really worth. I'm new to sales, not new to real estate. I've spent 15+ years hands-on with 120+ multifamily units and single family homes across Santa Clara County, Alameda County, and the Central Valley, and today my family and I own investment property in the Bay Area, Sacramento, Madera, and Fresno.
Real estate isn't just my job. It's my passion.
My Own Path
We started out renting a two-bedroom apartment. We saved up and bought our first place, a two-bedroom townhome. When we started a family, we moved up to a single family home, and I'll never forget how exciting that was: no HOA, and the freedom to do whatever we wanted with our own house. Once the kids got older, we moved again, into a home in the school district we wanted for them. Each step built equity that helped us take the next one. I've lived that ladder myself, so when I help a first-time buyer or a growing family, I'm not guessing.
What I Believe
Your first home doesn't have to be your forever home. For many first-time buyers, saving up for a condo or townhome is a smart way in, and it's how we started. I believe in looking past the price tag to what a home costs to own, and in making sure the numbers make sense before you commit. That's how my own family went from a rented apartment to where we are now, and it's how I help every client, whether it's a first condo or a forever home.
Who I Work With
First-time buyers: I'll walk you through every step, from your budget and first tour to inspection and closing day, and show you what a home really costs to own before you commit. In a competitive market, I'll help you know what a home is worth and put together a strong offer, so you can compete without overpaying.
Families putting down roots in Saratoga, Los Gatos, Willow Glen, and Cambrian.
Sellers who want to know which updates pay them back and which don't.
Investors and second-home buyers looking for cash flow, growth, or a getaway in California.
Everyone gets the same thing from me: the real numbers and straight advice, even when it's not what you want to hear....
