Tim Riley was born and raised on a family farm in Northern California where a strong work ethic was ingrained in him. His introduction to real estate came when he purchased a home while still attending his second year of college. He continued to study real estate and decided to dedicate a year to real estate after graduating Cal-Poly. In 1999, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Agriculture Business with a concentration in Marketing. Tim is married to his lovely wife Mary Ann, who is mother to their wonderful boys, Tyler and Bryce.<br>It's easy to understand why people like working with Tim. Specializing in the county of San Luis Obispo, Tim works with a balanced clientele of buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.<br>Some of Tim's past accomplishments include: Several Single Family Home, Duplex, and Condo remodel projects throughout the county, lead principle and project manager of two separate condominium developments in San Luis Obispo. Bella Vista, completed in 2008 valued at $4,000,000 and Villa San Luis, completed in 2010 valued at over $6,000,000. Tim was the sales manager of a 62 home subdivision, Oak Haven Village, within SLO County.
