This from both my wife, Marcie, and myself. We can’t say enough about James... he is our property manager for our rental property in Healdsburg , he found a rental last year ASAP for my son, also in Healdsburg, and he has done all the ‘connecting of the dots’ on our purchase with a 2nd property in Windsor (after submitting 4 other offers on different properties for us). James is thorough, he’s proactive, diplomatic, genuine—-he cares about the people he works with. My wife often asks James if he ever sleeps, as he’ll call with updates...he is constantly available. . Let’s not forget to mention, the man is so helpful, and he has wonderful people resources: if we need movers, carpet cleaning, etc. we’ve never worked with someone so awesome....
