Youlanda Davis brings experience, community pride, and heart to her work as a Real Estate Professional with Century 21 Village Realty. Originally licensed in 1994, Youlanda got off to a fast start, earning Century 21’s prestigious 21 Club and $100,000 Club honors in 1995. After a successful early career, she stepped away from real estate to explore new paths in business, government service, and healthcare—but her passion for helping people find their place to call home never left. Now, she’s thrilled to return to the field with even greater perspective and dedication. A longtime Monrovia resident and graduate of the Monrovia Area Partnership (MAP) Adult Leadership Academy, Youlanda is deeply involved in her community and committed to helping it thrive. Her professional background includes 17 years as a Wells Fargo bank executive and a decade with City of Hope as a New Patient Services Advocate—roles that strengthened her skills in communication, organization, and client care. Whether assisting first-time buyers, long-time homeowners, or investors, Youlanda brings warmth, professionalism, and a strong sense of purpose to every transaction. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, gardening, restoring her historic 1926 Spanish-style bungalow, and practicing taekwondo. She’s also a SAG-AFTRA member active in the entertainment industry. With deep roots in the San Gabriel Valley and a true love for Monrovia, Youlanda Davis combines seasoned expertise with community spirit to help clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
