I met David first when he came to my mom's as a notary , that we had found him online. He was on time for the appointment, and very prepared and knowledgeable. After the notary signing, we asked him if he would be interested in selling mom's house. We let him know that we were looking for a quick sale, to help pay for moms assisted living expenses. From that day, until the house was sold, David was very helpful, a great communicator, and extremely professional.
