Marguerita Castanera is a caring, yet sharp agent. She understood the current buyers’ market in Sonoma Valley. Her attention to what we were looking for, and more importantly, what we were not looking for, was amazing. She found us the perfect
property at the perfect time to allow us to be a competitive bidder and future homeowner. The timing was amazing, and the process MUCH more pleasant than our experiences with other agents. There was zero pressure. We were 100% informed, while guided to do whatever made us comfortable in everything from the bidding process to escrow details.
Having recently experienced the bidding process with another agent, we knew very quickly that our experience with Marguerita was SO much easier and pleasant. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and will recommend her highly to anyone interested in buying or listing a home....
