Carmen was enthusiastic about selling my condo for me. She gave me a lot of positive input, and she gave me wide leeway on what I wanted to do re: staging, showings & pricing. Loved how I wasn't forced into making any decision quickly & allowed me to have ample time to get my place ready, and myself ready.
Carmen made the sale happen very quickly with a very qualified buyer, with minimum interference into my day-to-day life during showings, sale, handling of escrow & closing. Carmen was also very on top of all Covid precautionary details, and made showing my place to strangers feel very safe.
Carmen was there for me for all questions & requests, always. She did not become frazzled, even when I changed my mind re: photo day, &/or changed date to list more than twice!
Received emails from staff member as needed, and when I had to go into Century 21 office to sign documents, Maria, was very knowledgeable re: my questions & very patient. All the while being very cognizant of Covid precautions while I was at the office.
Everything about the sale of my condo went very smoothly, even when buyer had one issue about the purchase? Carmen was able to resolve issue for buyer, and the sale went through smoothly....
