we met Nick at one of the open house he showed and we are really impress about how knowledgeable that he knew the house represent and have a lot of recommondation and very trueful. Nick is also very knowledgeable about the South bay area, and he really know a lot of people in the neighborhood which make us feel very comfortable to make each offer, because we can be confident that the house we are looking at is at the good area. He pays attention to detials and give us a lot of feedback and suggestions which helps us have better idea about what we really need and want. he did not push us to buy and make decision quickly, instead he is very considerate of our desire and need, and always make himself avalible to go with us to all the open houses. also, all the people he had recommend so far had been great. As a first ime buyer the process of house hunting is very stressful and we had even giving up at certain point, but he make the process smooth and even fun :)
