I had not worked with Nike before but she seemed basic at first but when i started working with her i realized very quickly that she was a monster.
She started sending me commercial buildings and churches like a tsunami and within one week we zoned in on one property like a laser.
Nike actually performed above excellence in all areas accept OPEN HOUSE, but she set up all the inspections. She gave us part of her commission to close ($2000), I've never seen that. She was smart in protecting our deposits in Escrow.
Her skills in executing the purchase was an excellent experience.
