Tennille was with us through the whole selling cycle. She marketed the home with beautiful flyers, held many open houses and even staged a few of her own things within our vacant home. We were in escrow twice, both times fell through because the buyer couldn’t get the loan. Each time Tennille immediately put our house back on the market holding open houses all over again. The 3rd time was a charm and she was able to get the deal to close early! Each time she was patient with us and always explained the next steps. She had the resources to fix a few minor things and even called & met the Gas company to check on a Gas leak after someone smelled gas.
