Steve helped me in the purchase of my first home. As you can imagine there were alot of aspects to purchasing a home I wasn't entirely familiar with. Steve was very knowledgeable and I depended on his expertise during the whole process and he delivered. I appreciate the no non sense answers and him reminding me of some of the challenges I may face when viewing different properties. He also managed a lot behind the scenes for me as my schedule was not very flexible, this made the purchase go smoothly. Steve is very personable and will be using him in the future for real estate transactions....
