Dave went above and beyond I feel. he listened to everything that I said and did the very best he could to accomplish everything I requested. He was quick and he was thorough. He's a good communicator. He sold my neighbors home and that worked out very well for her and now mine, and that worked out very well for me. I would recommend Dave to anyone that's looking for a good realtor and I'm very very happy with how well everything went. I'm in a retirement home now so I won't be buying another home, but I will recommend him to all our neighbors and anyone else that ever asked me and members of my church. We thank Dave so much....
