Diane Brown was excellent in every respect. She was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. When I asked her for specific recommendations she gave me them, including managing the closing process in a way that maximized our interests and saved us money.
I especially liked that I dealt with Diane AND NO ONE ELSE. I have used a different realtors in past transactions and received horrible service from their "team approach." The "team approach" really meant no one was responsible and I often had to make two or three calls just to find the right person on the "team" for our particular query. Diane was our sole contact AND she did a great job representing our interests.
