In 1996 I obtained my Broker's License, but have chosen to affiliate with Century 21 Select as an Associate-Broker, Realtor. During my real estate career I have been a salesperson, a recruiter, a trainer, an instructor, a manager, a mentor and back to full time sales, which include both listing and selling properties. I have sustained my career during a 17% interest rate market and enjoyed the all time low interest rate market of 3.125%. When I first entered real estate the only product was a 30-year fixed rate mortgage. Now the market has many options.. I have also experienced the foreclosure and short-sale markets of the early 1990's and guided my clients through both the purchases and sales of these types of challenges.
