Toni was extremely helpful and always available even after she had a major surgery she was calling me. Neither Toni nor I lived in Upland where the home was, however, Toni was in the area all the time. This was a stressful situation for me as this was my mother's house and we had to move her into a long term care facility. Toni actually came to the long term care facility numerous times to update her on the house. (this was all done during a Covid lockdown at the long term care facility - pretty impressive). Although Toni and I were responsible for selling the house, my mother told me numerous times that Toni had already updated her personally.
