Amy was great! She was always available and professional. She went over and above what I would expect from a broker.
I will definitely recommend her to friends and family in the future.
Thanks, Amy!
Amy Olson
Over the course of 30 years of running a successful real estate and community development business, Amy’s parents taught her the value of commitment, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit.
While attending the University of Denver, Amy landed a great job working for University College at D.U. in the Marketing Division, where she would learn invaluable skills in Business Development, Strategic Marketing, and Advertising. After college Amy would go on to work for a large wholesale flooring supplier, as their Pricing Manager where she learned how to be a Collaborative Negotiator and also found her passion for designing. During her time as the Price Manager Amy was able to build long-lasting relationships with both residential and commercial remodelers, builders and developers. This would then lead to her partnership with them as their tenant finish designer.
To follow in her parent’s footsteps Amy became a Licenses Realtor® in Colorado in 2018 where she knew her background would bring a wealth of value to her clients on their Real Estate journeys. Amy provides Strategic Marketing and Transaction Management services to her clients across the Colorado markets. Her business is built on: Integrity, Dedication, Communication & Determination while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all of her client’s Real Estate needs. "Just as the Real Estate industry evolves to become more innovative and efficient, so do I." As a Colorado native, she has witnessed the great transformation of the Denver Market. With her knowledge of the city’s geography, she can assist you with all of your Residential Real Estate endeavors. In addition, she provides Enhanced Real Estate services to ensure you feel confident with your decision to hire her. "Rest assured I will listen to you! With an understanding of your needs & wants, I will do my best to help you achieve them all." Amy’s goal is to leave her clients with peace of mind, joy, and excitement whether this is their first home purchase, an investment property or their forever home.
When Amy isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their five boys. “Yes! Five boys! And yes, we do play a lot of basketball, lol” Amy’s husband is a KB Home Sales Counselor, so they always have a lot to talk about when it comes to real estate. They also love the opportunity to collaborate when the situation arises. Amy and her family have been blessed to attend the same church that her great grandfather started and pastored at for 75 years. Amy also love’s all things fashion and loves following all the latest trends.
I look forward to partnering with you on your real estate journey while creating a long-lasting friendship....
