Andy Pazzali and Andy Johnson did an excellent job in marketing and selling my unit. Although I became concerned with the length of time before it got sold, I knew it was due to market condition, which was beyond their control. I never doubted that they will eventually sell it. They did everything that experienced and capable agents would have done, multi listing, open house, posting ads to nearby businesses, and following up with agents of prospective buyers,
In the end, through their advise, to stand out against the the other units with comparable conditions and amenities, we had to reduce the sale price, a big factor to prospective buyers.
