Gina was amazing to work with selling our house. In this hot market where just anyone thinks they can sell a house, you really need someone with attention to detail and great communication skills. Her market analysis before listing our house was very thorough. She walked through our house several times before listing and showing, giving us tips on declutterinv and staying. She was able to review contracts and evaluate pros and cons of various contracts in order to accept the best offer (not just the highest price). All these things I would expect an agent to do.
Gina went above and beyond when working with our difficult buyer's. When a deadline is approaching and answers are needed, she will be on the phone as often as is needed until she has answers for you....even late into the night. There were many times when we found ourselves being so thankful for Gina's tenacity and perseverance. When we closed she even stayed at the table for 2.5 hours waiting for funds to go through while we had to start traveling to our new house out of state. Could not have made it through this transaction without her!...
