Before joining this brokerage, I spent five years as an active real estate professional across Colorado's Front Range. In my 3 years of acquisitions, I purchased 100 deals totaling over $35 million in real estate while also selling properties to my investor clients.
My background is in real estate investing. I've been in the trenches running fix-and-flip projects, BRRRR strategies, and rental acquisitions throughout the Denver metro. That hands-on experience gives me something most agents don't have: I understand deals from the inside out — construction costs, financing structures, market values, and what it really takes to get to the closing table.
