Kelley made our selling experience so easy and seamless! She is extremely organized and we didn't need to worry about a thing and on top of that she is incredibly kind and enjoyable to work with. This was our 1st time selling a house and Kelley sat down with us to explain the full process to ensure we really understood everything. Selling an investment property comes with it's own set of hurdles but Kelley couldn't have made it a smoother process for us. She made sure she understood exactly what we needed and advocated for us through the entire process. Kelley also dealt directly with our tenants in setting up showings, etc which was a huge weight lifted from us. If you want an easy and enjoyable selling/buying process, we can't recommend Kelley enough!

I initially listed my home with a different company, and after a frustrating experience that left me without a successful sale, I felt discouraged. A close friend raved about Kelley, insisting she was the absolute best, and from our very first conversation, I immediately understood why. From the moment we met, Kelley exuded confidence, expertise, and an unparalleled understanding of the market. She took the time to carefully analyze my property and crafted a brilliant, strategic marketing plan that gave me complete confidence that this time, my home would sell. What truly sets Kelley apart is her dedication, professionalism, and ability to anticipate and solve problems. She didn’t just list my condo—she fine-tuned every detail, making thoughtful adjustments to ensure it showed at its absolute best. Sure enough, within just five days, Kelley not only secured a full asking price offer, but she shattered expectations by setting a record for the highest sale in my entire complex!

Kelley Vanacore was amazing in working with my elderly mother in the sale of her house. She was patient and kind and maintained a realatiinship with her for almost two years until the decision was made. She is knowledgeable in real estate and properly guides you based upon your actual property in determining pricing. She is an utmost professional, easy to communicate with, reassuring, and made the process seamless. I would very highly recommend her as a realtor.

I met with several people prior to making my selection on who I would utilize as my realtor. I knew this market was competitive, as there was limited inventory in my area, but I was also aware that my house would only appeal to a certain audience. Kelley was confident in her ability to sell my house. That became my deciding factor. Kelley didn't disappoint. If she didn't know the answer to something, she found out. She didn't present as though she had nothing to learn or too cocky. It happened often enough where realtors who've attempted to sell my home presented as though they knew my house best, and there fore made no genuine attempt to understand what to focus on and what to not spend a great deal of time on. Kelley was good at working with what she had and not trying to get me to pour money into things that wouldn't end up adding any value to my home. Kelley made the experience as seem less as possible once the ball was in her court. She certainly made me do things to get the house ready for the market, but once my role was done, she just did her thing to get it sold. Nothing needed improvement. Kelley sold my house in a day. My house had been on the market about three times over the last several years, and while understandably markets shift leading to different areas of focus for me as a seller, I genuinely believe Kelley's understanding of not only this market, but also of what actually sells a house, contributed to the ease of the sale. There were things that needed to get done in order for my house to be ready for sale, and up until I met Kelley, I never really had enough faith that my chosen realtor would be effective enough in marketing my house, or their ability to get the house in front of the right audience, to bother really diving in and doing what needed to get done (i.e. clearing the basement and removing things from the clutter of the house) in order to make the house ready for the selling process. After meeting Kelley, I believed if anyone had the ability to sell the house, it would be her and if I didn't match her efforts, it would be fruitless. With her direction and instruction, Kelley gave me a list of what needed to be done prior to going to market, she worked with me on a viable timeline, and a day after it actually hit the market, it was sold. Enough said.
