We cannot say enough about Tom. I can't even count how many houses we saw with him - some that were so bizarre, some that we felt were haunted, some too small or too big. I'm talking dozens over the course of a year or so. We're super picky, but Tom got to know what our wants were and helped us narrow down the search. We finally found the right one for us, and he helped us negotiate like we didn't know would be possible in the market at the time.
Then when it came to selling our house, he helped with recommendations to get it show-ready and hosted a busy open house weekend getting multiple strong offers by the end of it.
We couldn't be happier that we were able to work with our friend, but seeing him making this all happen with us was rewarding in so many ways. We're so proud of Tom's work ethic and professionalism and he's truly in his element when negotiating the final deals. We leaned on him for his experience to guide us through a lot of the process and most importantly, the final pieces.
We highly recommend Tom. If this were a star rating system, he'd get the moon - since that's what he shoots for and got for us! Thanks Tom - you're the man!
