Carmen was consistent in being responsive, she kept in contact every morning and before the day ended she updated me with the latest information and what she was going to follow up with next. Her schedule was open to me and if she had more clients, I never felt second in line to anyone else's needed. She understood my needs and superseded in meeting them, providing excellent service and follow through. I highly recommend her work ethic and diligence. I bought in a sellers market and in selling in a sellers market I expected some challenges. She made it seem easy although I know it wasn't.
