As first time home buyers, my husband and I wanted to find a broker we could trust to lead and educate us through the process of finding and buying a house. We were new to the area and the state so we required additional support from a broker in navigating through all aspects of purchasing a home.
From the very beginning Michelle patiently educated us as we gained confidence in looking at potential houses. She punctually arrived every time we met (she was almost always there early!) and was always smiling and cheerful throughout our interactions. Michelle willingly showed us house after house over the course of several months. During that time she greatly increased our understanding of the area, the market, and what to look for in each house.
