We were frustrated with trying to sell our condo and had taken it off the market. Yelfry called me and convinced me to have a meeting with him because he knew he could sell the unit. In the meeting he explained how he would market the place, the comps in the area, and who he felt would be our best target audiences. We made it clear we would not drop the price any further like other realtors had suggested and he said that wouldn't be an issue for him. While, after some negotiations, we didn't get the full asking price we still got more than any other realtor even wanted to list unit for. He was excellent to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone.
