We had interacted with Rick before beginning our formal search, due to seeing a property for which he was listed as the seller’s agent. Though we were not yet prequalified to look at this or other properties, and this particular one did not work out for us, Rick still took time to talk with us about how to get started more generally with our home search and referred us to some local mortgage lenders, which was way above and beyond his job obligations. When it was our time to finally start a serious home buying search, it was not even a question as to who we would pick to guide us along the way.
