Laurie Finan was terrific. Her marketing plan was excellent. Her Shutters and Sails website with our house looked great, with an amazing drone video. By the time the video ended I wanted to buy the house! We trusted that she was doing a great job in a very limited market (a remote island) and she did.
I will emphasize how understanding she was. She knew how emotional this sale was to us and said many comforting and helpful things, from start to finish. And said them all very diplomatically. She could teach a course on how to do everything just right.
We were very satisfied. I felt she would have done anything for us.... As we were not nearby during the entire process, I felt able to ask her to do anything that came up. But I hopefully did not ask too much as I think most went smoothly on our end. She even offered to bring us sandwiches when we were going there (an island) on a cold December day for only a few hours, with no heat, no electricity, and no ability to go to a store or anywhere (because of Covid-19). We ended up not needing the sandwiches but how nice for her to offer.
She's a great communicator and I would heartily recommend her.
