Linda Labbe made the sale of my property pretty simple... granted, it was a small, lower end condominium and I would assume considerably less work than a property on the water in Mystic, but I felt like i was in good hands.
Linda, in my opinion, seemed knowledgeable, not only regarding my property and its location, but also the minor in's and outs of her profession. I was almost embarrassed with her initial asking price proposal, however, once she presented her research findings, it made sense. I had offers within a day or two of her listing it!
I feel confident that she would have handled my case the same if it had been a big Colonial in Stonington and I also appreciated the fact that she did not mind communicating via text message.
