Patti was phenomenal and we are thankful she was our realtor. We had specific criteria for a house and she remained mindful of our unique needs when choosing houses for us to view. We saw MANY houses and she was very patient during the process. If a house was not exactly what we wanted, she suggested creative solutions around a problem without being pushy. She was very honest about what she saw, and if she saw an issue with a house, she would discreetly point it out because she was protecting our interests. We were very impressed with her self-motivation and hustle. Anytime we met with her she was very positive and researched the house beforehand in order to answer any questions we may have had. Throughout the whole process, we were confident Patti had our best interests at heart and she was determined to find us a house that suited us. She suggested many interesting homes; her knowledge of different architecture was apparent and convinced us she kept up with new ideas in the real estate industry. Most of all, we were impressed with her engaging personality. Patti is a very nice person; her open and warm persona always made us feel comfortable in her presence. When we finally chose a house, she worked even harder. During the home inspection, she was there to ask questions and make sure everything was checked over. When the report came in, she read through and made sure everything we saw was included. There is so much more that I could add (all positive) but the main idea I want to get across is that Patti followed through on everything she should have, she was available day/night for booking houses, she travelled all over to homes we wanted to see and was ALWAYS professional and pleasant. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed her company and are grateful we chose her as our realtor.
