After the first meeting with John, he knew exactly what we were looking for in a house. He consistently sent us houses when they popped up and never sent us houses that were either out of our price range or preference.
We looked at many houses and John was never pushy or tried selling us on a house he knew we didn't love. He ALWAYS responded quickly to calls/texts and set up showings with the sellers at the first available time. He was always well prepared when going to look at houses and extremely patient and kind through the whole process.
John was very knowledgable about the area we were looking in, so it was helpful. He answered all of our questions as best as he could regarding all things house related and if there was something he needed to follow up with, he always followed up the same day.
When it came to negotiations and paperwork, he worked as fast as someone can. As soon as the sellers took our offer, he had a list of things that needed to be done. We were never confused or left in the dark and knew exactly what to expect.
We started working with John about 2.5 years ago but we took a break from our house search due to a career change. When we were ready to start looking again, we never had a second thought about calling John. This was our first time buying a home and we will be forever grateful for the seamless and professional experience! He was so personable from day one when we met him and would recommend him over and over!
