As a seasoned commercial and residential real estate professional, entrepreneur, and Sales Vice President, I have dedicated my career to helping clients throughout Connecticut and New York make confident, strategic real estate decisions. My approach is built on integrity, creativity, market expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
I began my full-time real estate career at DVB Commercial Realty in Norwalk, Connecticut, where I built a strong foundation in commercial real
estate while developing the principles that would eventually become my proprietary Resi-Mercial™ System. During the next seven years at William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, I refined and perfected this process by seamlessly integrating residential and commercial real estate strategies. The result is a unique approach that uncovers opportunities others often overlook, solves complex real estate challenges, and creates greater value for buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants alike.
Today, as Sales Vice President and Commercial Team Lead at Century 21 AllPoints Realty, I continue to expand and implement the Resi-Mercial™ System while mentoring agents to bridge the gap between residential and commercial real estate. My goal is simple: provide clients with a more comprehensive, strategic, and solution-oriented level of representation.
Throughout my career, I have built a reputation as a relationship-driven advisor, innovative strategist, and creative negotiator who prioritizes long-term client success over short-term transactions. From 2022 through 2024, I was recognized as the top-producing Resi-Mercial agent in both units closed and total sales volume, completing more than 35 transactions annually across 30 municipalities spanning Westchester County, New York, to Hartford County, Connecticut. Among my notable accomplishments was facilitating the collaboration that brought the Netflix production of "The Good Nurse" to Norwalk.
Before entering real estate, I founded and operated several successful fitness businesses throughout Fairfield County, including BALANCE Brand Health Clubs, The LAB, and Neighborhood Fitness, an in-home personal training company. My work in the fitness industry earned national recognition, including being named one of the Top 13 Personal Trainers in the United States in 2013, and being featured in Esquire Magazine's 2011 Most Expensive Bachelor Padissue for designing a luxury home gym in Brooklyn, New York.
In November 2025, I joined Century 21 AllPoints Realty because of its culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional excellence. Beyond serving my own clients, I am passionate about mentoring fellow agents, developing systems that improve client outcomes, and helping grow the next generation of real estate professionals.
