Judy was a great realtor who understood what we were looking for and didn't hestitate to give her opinion when we asked for it. We got a new build and she came to the design center with us to choose our upgrades. It was really nice to have a second opinion and she is very knowledgeable about what is good for resale.

Judy was recommended to us and we are beyond pleased about this and the chance to work with her. We lived in the area before (moving there again) and had positive and negative interactions with our prior broker, so we preferred to find a new agent. Judy is a STAR. She worked with us on weekends and really understood what we wanted, which is perhaps a little different from what most people want, and hard to find in the DC metro area. She was patient and supportive while we looked at fixer uppers, because we are skilled home renovators. However, after realizing some "fixer uppers" were really "tear down and start over" she guided us in our search and we found an excellent property which we are excited to make a home. Judy is knowledgable, tenacious (in the best way) and a delight to work with. I'll miss our frequent interactions!
