Kim helped me buy my property (a tiny 1 bed condo) 9 years ago and sell it this year. The market for condos is so bad in DC this year but Kim was always there with the info I needed to properly price the condo, get it ready to sell, managing my expectations and keeping my hopes up. Once it went under contract, she continued to keep me really informed about the process. Kim is a great realtor to work with!

I met Kim in 2017 when I bought this property.
Her knowledge of the Riverdale area and her expertise in the housing market in general are phenomenal! She is a professional and so pleasant to work with. When it was time to sell--she was my absolute go-to. My house needed some work after being temporarily rented--Kim handled all the repair estimates (I live out-of-state. In the end, I got $15k over asking and sold the first week!!! I STRONGLY recommend her!
