We stared this journey February of 2023. We tried three other realtors who were not responsive to our needs, in both Va and MD, and Delaware. Rhonda was suggested to us by a family friend. She asked the right questions and assured us that she would help us find the place that fit our needs. Even though we had a few challenges, Rhonda persevered and found the perfect property in December 2023. Our goal was to be within 30-45 minutes from a beach. Her attention to detail, and research of procedures were excellent and that attention to detail led us to the location that will be perfect for our retirement home.
