never had a better experience. He spent so much time searching for a home that met all of our needs and spent hours upon hours meeting us for showings. If we ever had a question and he was unsure of the answer, he would find out and get it for us asap. We also all learned a lot about the renovation loan process so Dave is now well versed in that topic as it is likely not something many realtors deal with on the daily.
