Having never sold a home before, we were very concerned about the many nightmares and scams we had heard about over the years. After 3 other interviews, we met with Jenn, and immediately knew she was the one. Cheerful, knowledgable, caring and understanding. We told her what we wanted and she developed a plan. What I thought would take at least 4 weeks, happened in 12 hours. She had a buyer for us. The buyer put down a deposit and we got exactly what we wanted with no issues. Jenn walked us through all the paperwork and made it all understandable. The whole process took about 4 weeks and she was there every step of the way. We can't say enough nice things about her personality and work ethics. HIGHLY recommended!!!
