Nicki went above and beyond to assist me and my boyfriend, Jakob, with finding our first home. She was always so efficient, caring, and supportive. She really helped us with understanding and navigating this new world of home-buying. While always remaining professional, each time we viewed a house with Nicki, I felt like I was with a friend. She is down to earth and is her true, genuine, hilarious self.
