She is extremely knowledgeable. If you call/text with a question she will respond within minutes with the right answer and the information that you need. She's really too good to be true!
Adele really knows the market too. The house we were interested in was way over priced; she told us what she thought it was worth (which was considerably less than the asking price) and the sellers accepted it!
A very important factor to us is that she is a very good, kind, person with a wonderful personality that you can enjoy working with, and that is not just for show! She honestly cares about making your home buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible and meeting all your expectations.
Even though we have purchased our home, we know that if we had a home/property related question that we could contact her and she would get back to us immediately with an answer.
