This was my first remote home purchase.
Amber handled everything on the Florida end from getting all paperwork to sign to visiting the house and doing a 'facetime' walk thru so we could see everything.
There was a group chat initiated from my phone and Amber did a great job in communicating about all critical dates and processes as well as helping keep everyone in sync.
