Julie was fantastic. She was informed about the market and even though I resisted she convinced me to list the house at a price I thought was too high for a fast sale. The house sold in one day. We also no longer lived in Tampa and it didn't matter. Julie handled everything as is it were her own home being sold. I don't think I have ever seen someone go so above and beyond what you would expect from a sales person. She did everything. If there was a problem she personally handled it. Also, knowing that the house was empty should would go by daily just to check on it and make sure everything was okay. Truly this was the easiest and best sales experience we have ever had.
Working with Julie was fantastic. Since we weren't local she was great at communicating with us through each step of the process. There were several things that needed to be done to get the house on the market and Julie handled them personally. She truly made this process as smooth as possible
