Knowledge, Experience, and Hard Work are priceless. My name is Nancy Conley and I'm a Florida native. I am so grateful to be born and raised in Tampa. I grew up in South Tampa to hardworking parents who taught me that anything is possible if you are willing to work hard for it. They moved to Florida from New England in 1947 to start a family. My father's military friends told him Tampa was the place to be. I have to agree. To this day, every time I drive over a bridge or am out boating, I thank my parents for raising me in Florida! I love everything about Florida from the weather, the water, our beautiful beaches, the BUCS, Bolts, and the Rays, and did I mention the sunny weather? I've been a beach lover since I was a toddler. I've always had the desire to be close to or on the water. It makes me happy and is good for my soul. I moved to Apollo Beach in 1984 to marry, raise a family and enjoy the waterfront lifestyle. We enjoyed living in the community and soon became boaters exploring the locale by boat with family and friends. After years of corporate life at USF, Hewlett-Packard, Delta Environmental Consultants, and a few others, I set a goal to obtain my FL Real Estate license and start my own business. My close friends said I would be a natural in real estate sales. I joined C21Beggins as a full-time Realtor in 2006. I decided to specialize in waterfront homes as I had a thorough understanding of the waterways, Tampa Bay, and boating. Selling waterfront is unique depending on the type and size of boat, knowing the bridge locations and canal depths. I also enjoy assisting buyers and sellers in many areas of real estate in the Tampa Bay areas including but not limited to Brandon, Riverview, Ruskin, Wimauma, and Lithia. My knowledge and expertise in the complex real estate market have been the keys to my success. My personal satisfaction received by helping people obtain their goals, whether buying or selling homes, makes me truly enjoy what I do. Starting out, we did not personally know Nancy... we had only been referred to her by friends. From their stories and experiences, I knew that when the time came (and it would, being military) we would want to hire her. My husband asked me, “you don’t want to interview anyone else?!” I said “no!” Once my husband met her, he saw why I insisted on Nancy.
After all the great things I had heard about Nancy from friends, I was confident she could help us sell our home in a timely manner, and sure enough, she did. She was super helpful with questions we had along the way... taught us things we never knew. We never felt like we were bothering her. She always kept us up to date and in the loop about what was going on. We never had to wait around for her to get back to us. She was a pleasure to work with and I would hire her again in a second!
