Thank you for taking a moment to read my bio! My name is Ray Monahan and I was fortunate enough to be relocated to Florida in 1991 as part of a career path promotion. For my entire career in technology I have been working with my clients to help them identify and achieve/exceed their business goals and objectives. It is this 25 years plus business experience I bring with me into the real estate market. For me sales are all about the people! Buying, selling, investing, everyone has a dream, a goal, a vision, and I want to help you realize yours! I live in Ruskin with my wife Barbara who is also an agent at CENTURY21 Beggins, and she has been helping her clients for the last 30 years achieve their real estate dream one client at a time.
I am an usher at my Church, Calvary Lutheran in Apollo Beach and I volunteer as a reading tutor during the school year at Ruskin Elementary. I like to golf and enjoy cooking, especially BBQ.
