Courtney went above and beyond for us in finding a home/community that suited our wants and needs. She communicated well with us and was just a phone call away if we ever needed any help or had questions about anything. She accompanied us everywhere we went from beginning to end, from looking at model homes in search of the right home, through the process of loan approval, walk throughs, meetings whether they were in person or virtual about our home, as well as accompanying us at our closing. She helped us remember to get information that we may forget about, would ask our Loan officer, new house consultant, construction manager and Closing agent questions that we may not have thought to ask as new first time home buyers. As much assistance and communication that we lacked from other agents with the company we decided to build with, she continued to do her part and do what she could in order to help us get the home we truly loved. Our lender made this process extremely difficult with their lack of communication, information and misinterpreting information to us and Courtney stood by us to make sure we got it all figured out. Courtney played a huge role in our home buying process and she was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for someone better than Courtney, to be on our team through this. We will definitely refer our friends, family and anyone we know who is looking to buy a home, to Courtney.
