Holly Metzger
I was born in Illinois, but Florida has been home since I was three years old, so I definitely consider myself a Florida girl! I’m also a proud mom of three, and family has always been a huge part of who I am.
My career has given me the opportunity to work with people in so many different ways. I’ve managed and sold high-end fitness equipment, worked in B2B outside sales, managed an Orangetheory Fitness studio, and spent time in retail and customer service. No matter the role, one thing has always stayed the same: I genuinely love working with people, building relationships, and helping them reach their goals.
That’s a big part of what drew me to real estate. For me, it’s about so much more than helping someone buy or sell a home. I want to help people build their future and feel supported through every season of life. Whether you’re relocating to Florida, buying your very first home, looking for more space as your family grows, or transitioning into something smaller for your next chapter, I’m here to make the process feel exciting, comfortable, and a little less overwhelming.
When I’m not working, I’m happiest doing just about anything outdoors. I love the beach, camping, animals, music, Taekwondo, and sitting down with a good puzzle. Give me some sunshine, fresh air, a puzzle to solve, and time with the people I love, and I’m happy!...
