Ivan Silushyn
I was born in Ukraine and come from both Ukrainian and Russian roots. My background has taken me around the world, and every chapter has shaped who I am today. I speak fluent Russian and Hebrew, spent three years serving in the Israeli military, and later lived in Canada for nine years, where I worked as an aircraft electrical technician.
Entrepreneurship has also been a big part of my journey. I own a cleaning company, own and manage Airbnb's, so I have gained firsthand experience in what it takes to care for properties and create a great experience for the people staying in them. Through all of it, real estate was always the path I ultimately wanted to pursue.
That dream brought me to Florida, where I decided to go all in on building my real estate career. I’m especially drawn to luxury real estate and look forward to helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll make with someone they can trust in their corner.
Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me training Muay Thai, at the shooting range, gaming, or spending time at the beach. I’ve always loved being around the water, so Florida feels like a pretty natural place to call home....
