Kristian Matlock
I am a Florida firefighter and paramedic with eight years of experience serving my community, a role that shaped my calm, people first approach and strong work ethic. I am also a proud father of three, and most of my free time revolves around family, sports, and staying active. I love playing baseball, pickleball, and tennis, and I coach my son’s Little League team, which has been one of the most rewarding experiences for me.
Before real estate, I worked in construction, which sparked my appreciation for homes, how they are built, and the stories they hold. I genuinely love houses and I love people, and helping others find a place that truly feels like home is what drives me. When I am not working, you will usually find me listening to audiobooks, especially true crime, or traveling with my family for our yearly ski trips in the mountains.
My goal is simple, to guide people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with honesty, care, and confidence, and to help them find a home they are excited to build their next chapter in.
