Lori Porvin was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with!
I live out of state and she went above & beyond to help with anything I needed. Her personality is awesome and she felt like a an old friend in a very short time. I can't say enough good things about the experience because of Lori. She made what was a difficult situation for me go very smoothly.
Lori got me a quick, above asking price offer and closing went off without a hitch.
I would have no hesitation recommending Lori Porvin to my family & friends....

Lori had my best interest at heart! She was extremely honest in pointing out when a unit was worthy of consideration or not!
She was easy to communicate with in phone calls and/or text messages!
All in all, I highly recommend Lori Porvin as a realtor extraordinaire!...

Lori's presentation of the offered services were presented in a very professional, knowledgable and extremely confident manner.
Lori's confidence in her position and role as my agent/representative are outstanding and very inspiring.
After having completed several other closings recently, in various states along the eastern seaboard, this one has been the easiest quickest and most straightforward. I can state that working with Lori has been a breath of fresh air! Finally, a transaction that did not need baby sitting or prompting for follow-up on minor issues, because Lori keeps on top of the transaction from all aspects. This transaction was very smooth because of Lori's engagement with the client and her confidence in her role.
Sales performance was stellar, and I would be thrilled to work with Lori Porvin again.
Lori's attention to every aspect of the sale is commendable.
Her ability to convey her self-confidence in her sales ability was very reassuring, and allowed me to enjoy this transaction without worry.
Lori's team works in unison and is choreographed like a well executed ballet.
Everyone involved knows their part.
I highly recommend Lori and encourage others to seek out her expertise....
